Both Google and 3M have used this method in the work force. Google used it and created GMail, which we use here at school, Google Maps, and they fix any problem that may occur. It is also a way both companies used it for to keep spirits and morals high in a stressful workplace. So every Friday in Google, the workers could spend all day working on their own projects or fixing new problems that have occurred or may occur.
